4th trimester workshop for expecting parents
This workshop is aimed at pregnant mothers and your partners.
Together we will learn about bringing baby home and setting your self up for a smooth transition into the "4th trimester":
feeding, sleeping, changing, bathing, soothing, handling & holding, understanding reflexes, "the witching hour",
setting up your home to welcome baby, essentials you will need for the start, what to know about your midwife visits after birth etc:)
