For my husband the whole concept of „fourth trimester“ was even new and did provide him lots of insights. Furthermore, I loved the structure of the course and how you walked us through the „daily routine“ (if you can call like this). Small little practical Tips on how to wash, which equipment to use for diaper change, which toys to use for a newborn etc were very helpful. - as you can tell newbies to the baby topic!

This 3 -hour workshop is a small investment with a huge return: your peace of mind.
Cost: 160 CHF per couple (covers venue, materials, handouts, and refreshments)
Time: 3hrs (sometimes it can over-run depending on the questions - we want to give you a tool kit to take home, that you can confidently use)

❤️ If you go into labor and cannot attend, let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will of course reimburse you.
