Who are the Clubs for?

The clubs are designed for children in Kindergarten and early elementary school (3-8yrs), with age-appropriate activities for young learners, artists, dancers, and performers.

It is not permitted to spontaneously join a trial class outside of the indicated trial class dates (this disrupts the Club activities too much and is unfair for the children that have already signed up).

The teacher will not be able to accept spontaneous drop-ins and will ask you to formally register through the registration link of your desired Club.

After the trial class, you will be contacted by the Academicus Team to complete the full registration process if you decide to join the Extracurricular Club, including further information and payment details.

 

Registration is then binding and for the school term:

Winter term: 31.08-19.02 (paid in 2 installments);

Summer Term: 08.03 - 16.07.2027

Payment is due 10 days from the date you receive an invoice from us.

Fees

- 35CHF - Ballet Club, Art Club, Theatre Club

- 40CHF - STEM Club 

Fees are calculated per Invoicing Period: based on number of weeks within the calendar year 2026 & 2027 - excluding term breaks.

TERM 1: INVOICE 2026 - 35CH x remaining weeks until Xmas break & INVOICE 2027 35CHF x weeks until February Sports Break

TERM 2: INVOICE 2027 - 35CHF x 23 weeks

Please note: Club activities do not take place during term breaks.

Cancellation Policy

When you register for extracurricular classes, you are signing up for a school term.

This allows us to guarantee your child a place in class and ensure continuity for both children and teachers.

 

Cancellation of participation in the Club is possible via email, within cancellation window:

01.02-05.02.2027

If cancellation is not submitted, registration for the next term rolls over and invoice is automatically sent for the next term.

 

We understand that sometimes unexpected life circumstances arise. If you need to withdraw your child due to exceptional reasons, outside of the cancellation window, the following applies:

• A 30-day notice period is required. During this time, payment for the month remains due, and your child is warmly welcome to continue attending classes.

• After the notice period, we will reimburse 50% of the unused classes from the remainder of the term.

 

Please note: in rare cases, if the minimum number of participants is not reached, we may need to cancel a class. In such cases, all fees paid will be fully refunded.

 

Please note: we do our utmost to offer age-appropriate classes, catering to children's age requirements. However, if the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached we reserve the right to merge the clubs into one group, to ensure the class takes place and the children can take advantage of the extracurricular offering & develop their skills. Teachers will accommodate the learning and respond to children's needs accordingly.

You agree for your contact details to be provided to the Club provider, so that in case of emergencies they can contact you directly.
