What You’ll Learn: ⭐Stimulating Gross Motor Movement: - Activities to promote neck strength and head control. - Gentle exercises to encourage rolling over, crawling, pulling to stand. - Tips for creating safe and supportive environments for tummy time. ⭐Understanding Movement Milestones: - The stages of gross motor development from birth to early mobility. - Recognizing and respecting your baby’s unique pace of development. ⭐What to Avoid: - The risks of overuse of baby containers (swings, bouncers, etc.) that restrict movement. - Avoiding premature attempts to “help” your baby sit, stand, or walk. - Understanding the importance of letting your baby move freely and naturally. ⭐Practical Ideas and Activities: - Montessori-inspired activities to strengthen muscles and coordination. - Simple setups to encourage movement exploration, like floor play and obstacle paths. - How to use everyday objects to inspire curiosity and motion.
