3 things your child needs to experience this Autumn (in and around Zurich)

With the weather getting yuck, you are probably scratching your head wondering "what on Earth am I going to do with the kids on the weekends?!"

Fear not! The possibilities are endless - and I would love to share with you my absolute must-dos with the kids - in and around Zurich;)

If you are raising your kids in Zurich, read on, because here are my top 3 activities you and your child simply need to experience this Autumn!

Number 1: Dance Ballet

This Saturday, (27.09.2025) we kick off the Autumn season of weekend activities with the magical Storytime & Ballet Workshop "Swan Lake" - for the whole family (10:00 & 11:15)!

Wear your tutus or prince/ princess attire - we will discover the beautiful story of Prince Siegfried & Odette, practice ballet moves and watch as the most beautiful ballerina interprets the story. The next Storytime & Ballet workshops are already published, so take action and book your spot, before someone else does;)

Number 2: Take a hike

Get out and about into nature and do a family friendly themed hike called the"Freddy Franzel Adventure Trail" in Wildberg - district of Pfäffikon (Canton Zürich, Switzerland). There are 9 play stations along the way, it is suitable for off-road strollers and a great way to enjoy the Swiss outdoors:)

Number 3: Say Cheeeeese!

Okok, so Autumn isn't all about rain and gloom. On the contrary! It is a sensory experience - with so many learning opportunities for our kids.
